my apple watch is older it’s a series 3 and the email i logged into it with is no longer used as i got a new phone and made a new one and it won’t let me log into it and i forgot what dob i put into it

Need help reassigning Apple Watch A couple years ago, I purchased a new iPhone and stopped wearing my Apple Watch for awhile. After retiring, I changed my email. I'm trying to give the watch to my daughter, but it still wants to use the old email and can't remember the password. I no longer have access to the old email. Can it be hard reset to factory settings. Help!

my Apple Watch 6 keeps asking me to sign into my old email. even when my phone and Apple ID is all using my new email.. ive restarted, disconnected. un paired and everything. it won't stop asking for old ID password that I dont have how can I fix my watch
