After a power outage I tried to reenter my Netflix account on Apple TV but I only get a blank screen now. I can not see in the menus for the device how I suscribe to new CHANNELS so I can reinstall.

My model is a 4K 2nd generation. All other APPS work fine. I lost access to Netflix just after a power outage. I was signing in and something crashed and I no longer get into the initial screen. I would like to simply remove it and then reinstall but I do not see a way to add or delete APPS.
How do I restore my Netflix access on Apple TV. Can't login just blank screen.
