Why am I getting billed twice for 200 GB storage? I can’t find any number to call somebody to understand why. I don’t even come near the 200 GB. Yet, I got constant messages when I upgraded my iPhone that I exceeded allowable storage and needed to purchase more storage. I’m angry that Apple is ripping me off.
