My beats flex indicator light stays on after I hold the power button down for 1 second and hear the power down tune. When I try resetting the device and powering down the indicator light remains on. How can I fix this?

My beats flex indicator light stays on after I hold the power button down for 1 second and hear the power down tune. When I try resetting the device and powering down the indicator light remains on. After 8 hours the light remains on but the device will no longer pair as if the power is too low. Once I charge it the device can pair again but, the light will never turn off. How can I fix this?
