How do you recover your screentime password if someone else set it up for you and forgot the passcode?

Sorry for not being specific in the question but I don’t know what the person who set up the screentime ICloud or password is. I tried logging into Screentime using my own iCloud but it still doesn’t work. I have 8 attempts of entering the password and it makes me wait long times. I don’t know what to do.

I set up my phone using my own Apple ID. Someone from my family set up my screentime for me. I tried resetting the passcode by clicking forgot passcode. It makes me type in my Apple ID credentials but whenever I do, it just locks me out. I don’t know how to fix it and I can’t reset my entire phone without knowing my screentime passcode.
