You’ll have to perform a reset of your phone.

You’ll need your phone, a computer, a cable, and your AppleID credentials.

Then proceed as follows:

I set up my phone using my own Apple ID. Someone from my family set up my screentime for me. I tried resetting the passcode by clicking forgot passcode. It makes me type in my Apple ID credentials but whenever I do, it just locks me out. I don’t know how to fix it and I can’t reset my entire phone without knowing my screentime passcode.
