I don’t know who to believe in.
I suspect there is a break down in translation. You can believe what ever you want.
What is the difference to you this detail, to keep hammering on the question...(?)
Let them fix the issue and hand back your computer, no?

This makes no sense...the logic board is the motherboard.
If you have a hardware issues take it in—

The feedbacks about that official reseller aren’t good: I just want to make sure they’re doing the work and they are doing it perfectly.
Take it somewhere else then, if no other option then you are stuck with their service—you can not change that.
I have no further comments.
Ii would hope it is a warranty repair.

There is only ONE circuit-board inside an Apple-Silicon M1 MacBook Pro.
It contains the processor, ROM, RAM, the Wi-Fi, all the peripheral interfaces, and the boot drive, and everything is soldered down for maximum reliability, and is NOT replaceable separately.

You will get a new Main Logic Board + Touch ID (when replacing the Main Logic Board you MUST replace Touch ID too)
Grant Bennet-Alder posted an accurate photograph of an M1's MLB.
Motherboard = Main Logic Board
You can only replace the Main Logic Board at an Apple Store or AASP because they have specific software, if you do it anywhere else you will have an expensive paperweight.
Dear Leroy, I just want to make sure they’re doing right. The feedbacks about that official reseller aren’t good: I just want to make sure they’re doing the work and they are doing it perfectly.
they told me that the “logic board” (in Italian there’s a difference between logic board and mother board) was broken so they’re waiting for the spare part.
I was just asking myself whether the logic board and the mother board are the same thing. If they weren’t, is the logic board welded into the mother board (as the RAM, for example)? Because if the logic board and the mother board are welded togheter, the spare part they should have been waiting is the mother board.
Am I clear, now?
Hi,
I'm not sure M1 MacBook Pro is separated logic board and motherboard, though I suppose you can't.
Hi vincenzojrs,
As far as I'm aware, the main logic board is indeed the motherboard itself.
Just out of curiosity, why do you want to replace the logic board?
The official reseller chosen by Apple to fix my MacBook told me is waiting for the new “logic board”.
Are they going to replace the motherboard, then? Is the logic board the motherboard itself?

Yes. Same exactly—
"Mother board" is Windows speak
"Logic board " is Apple speak
