How do I copy/transfer/update my iPhone Calendar from my iPad Calendar

Assuming that both your iPad and iPhone are signed-in to iCloud with the same AppleID, you simply need to enable Calendar in iCloud on both devices:
Settings > [Your Name / AppleID] > iCloud > Calendars - set to ON
