Just got level 5 and took a look at this article (last updated in 2018): How to write User Tips - Apple Support
For some reason I can't seem to find the Post button anywhere. I think it got changed to "Ask a Question" (in the top right corner of the site). Does that button now change back to "Post", or would the appropriate button or link be located elsewhere on the site?
The system sometimes needs a couple of days to "catch up". give it a few and then see if it is available.i

Thanks babowa! Looks like Apple servers were faster than I thought, the Post button has just now replaced the "Ask a Question" link :)
