As of earlier this morning, vertical black and white lines are obstructing my screen.
What are my options to remove these black and white lines from obstructing my IPhone screen display?

First, try a forced restart. If that doesn't work, your screen is damaged and will need to be replaced at the Apple store.
Try a forced restart.
• Press and quickly release the volume up button
• Press and quickly release the volume down button
• Press and hold the side button.
• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
