LED MagSafe Turns off when try to turn on macbook A1502

Hello, I'm trying to turn on my macbook Pro 13" Early 2015 (A1502) unsuccessfully, the battery is removed, when the magsafe is connected the led is green but after 2 seconds it turns orange, the weird is when I'm trying turn on the macbook and push the button power the magsafe LED turns off (no green, no orange), then when I release the button the magsafe turns green and then turns orange again. I changed the power supply adapter and the result is the same, it is possible a damage in the DC-in power board jack?

The LED on the MagSafe power adapter is set on command from the computer, ONLY. The power adapter supplies substantial power only after a command from the computer. when you Reset the computer (by pressing the start button) the LED will go out.

Green says not charge cycle, but in use. Orange says Charge cycle in progress.

In a desktop system, large Power capacitors in the power supply provide buffering against surges and sags in DC power supplied. In a notebook computer, the battery performs that function. If you remove the battery for more than bench testing, your computer will be subject to damage from power surges and sags.

Your computer is not intended to run without a battery in place.

This is interesting, I just connected the MagSafe to the logic board and nothing happens, just the LED is orange, when I press the start button the LED will go out.

I watched some videos and when they connected the MagSafe to the Logic board (No other boards connected, just the fan) it turns on.
