What do you mean “link”?

Netflix is one of the apps on the Apple TV box (and iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch).

Netflix is not available through the Apple TV app.

Netflix on Mac has to be accessed on the web.

Select apps can be connected to the Apple TV app on iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV box (e.g. for Up Next), but Netflix chose not to participate in that.
