I can not delete applications on my phone

Being able to uninstall applications is important, and you’ve come to a fantastic place for help. From the description you provided it sounds as though Content & Privacy Restrictions may be enabled. This can be disabled in Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions. If you see a green toggle next to Content & Privacy Restrictions please tap the toggle to turn the feature off.
