A week ago I switched my iphone with a new one and now every time i set an alarm, any purchased song I use when it goes off it plays the default song even though the songs are downloaded on the new phone and I can’t find out the problem does anyone know how to help me ?

Just to confirm, did you purchase this song from the iTunes Store or do you currently have Apple Music subscription?
Does it go to the default sound right away or does it play the purchased song a couple of times before going back to the default sound? Are you able to set the song as your ringer sound? If yes, please test it out to see if it plays the purchased song as your ringer sound.

Hello I purchased the songs from itunes store but I also have a subscription and on both fronts they aren’t working, and no it play the default song right away and on the ringtone it plays a ring I purchased so I think the problem is only with settings the alarms sound and nothing else.
