Family sharing

Want to share my Apple TV subscription with my sisters who are all PC users. They aren't comfortable with establishing their own Apple ID as it requires them to supply too much personal information; credit card, date of birth, etc. Is this necessary when all they want is to stream Apple TV using my subscription?
