Upgraded Youtube Premium to Family, but now got email "you may have more than one subscription"

Today I upgraded my Youtube Premium subscription to Youtube Premium Family, and I was charged the difference of $2.38. Good.

Then, I soon after received an email that said, "Our records indicate that you may have more than one subscription for the same YouTube service and you might be able to save money by canceling one of these subscriptions."

So I went to the Apple Subscriptions page on my mac (where I upgraded the subscription), and it shows two services:

So I click Cancel Membership on the second one (the non-family one), and it tells me:

Okay. Then I go to my iphone and bring up my subscriptions, and I see the following, showing I have Youtube Premium. It does not show that I have the Youtube Premium Family subscription that I upgraded to.

If I then click on That Youtube Premium part, it brings me to a page that properly shows I don't have an active Youtube Premium (not the family one) subscription, and can renew it if I wish. There is no active Youtube Premium Family showing anywhere.

SO, IN SUMMARY:

On my Mac, it says I have BOTH the Youtube Premium and Youtube Premium Family subscriptions. To cancel my non-family Youtube Premium, it says that I have to go to my iphone. When I go there, it shows that it IS canceled, but it does not show my the Youtube Premium Family subscription like my mac properly shows me.

Do I have two subscriptions or not? Is it just a screwy Apple email I got, warning me that I could have two subscriptions for the same service when it's in fact not true? Is there just a lag time before 1) it removes the now canceled Youtube Premium from my Mac page, and 2) it adds the now upgraded to Youtube Premium Family on my iphone? It's been about two hours since I did the upgrade of Youtube Premium to Youtube Premium Family on my Mac.

(Please don't point me to the help page, How to Cancel a subscription, like I've seen over and over on this forum for somewhat similar questions that were never answered)

Hi slobizman,

It seems you are having some trouble managing your subscriptions and we can help.

You already canceled the subscription, and as you can see the subscription is set to expire on September 18th. Since you've paid for the subscription it's still active until the date listed.

You won't be charged again if you do nothing at this time.

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities.

On my mac, it now only shows the Family edition, as I would expect it should. This reflects the reality of my subscription status.

However, on my iphone, under Subscriptions, it still only shows Youtube Premium and does not show Youtube Premium Family. Are you saying that it is correct that the Family subscription would not show on my phone? That does not make sense to me. They should be showing me the same thing.
