I have subscribed and made a payment, then I upgraded my subscription but the first payment is deducted already and I would like a refund for the first one.

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.

I have tried that but when I choose request a refund from the drop down list I don’t see my payment.
