Iphone X turns off immediately after entering the right passcode

My phone randomly shut off today and when I went to reboot it, it got stuck on the apple logo. So I force restarted it. After three times doing that I finally managed to get to the main screen to enter my four digit passcode in. When I entered it it opened for one second and then I got the black screen with the loading sign and went back to the apple loop. I tried plugging it in to update it and even factory reset it. However my iPhone is full on storage so I can't do either of those which doesn't make sense about the factory reset from my laptop. I need help :( Thank you.
