is there a way to see all devices i have had on my i cloud account

This has come up before and the consensus was no; You can only see what you have NOW.

However, Apple offers a report of EVERYTHING pertaining to your account.

Not sure how much “historical” device info it contains; never ordered one myself or seen someone elses.

It’s available by logging-in at:

https://privacy.apple.com/

Open the Settings app and tap on your name at the top. You will see a list of all devices that share your Apple ID/iCloud account.
