Ipad not updating
I connected my ipad to computer opened iTunes found my ipad in finder clicked update and it does nothing. Please help

Incompatibility is the Culprit:
Your iPad model (iPad 12) cannot upgrade past iOS 9. This is because it does not meet the hardware requirements for iOS13 and iOS14.
