if my old iphone is broken, how can i retrieve my saved password on that broken iphone to my new iphone( i cant access the iphone)( the screen wont turn on)

Import Keychain:

Yes. Import them from a Keychain backup. Go Here: Import and Export Keychain Items using Keychain Access on Mac - Apple Support
