How to get App Store on your school iPad?

If the school issued the device, and you do not see App Store, then it is blocked. Unfortunately, your only option is to ask the school for permission to use App Store (which I strongly doubt they will approve since they already decided they had enough reason to block it).

I'm afraid that you are unable to do so if this is the setting by school. Your school might not be happy with this...
