My apple watch only says “please continue setup on iphone” my phone is telling me it can not connect. I just updated my watch and now it wont pair. Please advise

Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If we understand correctly, you are having an issue with your Apple Watch not setting up after an update. To help with this, please temporarily erase your Apple Watch and setup again with your iPhone, and then contact Apple directly if you are still having this problem:
