Hello everyone
I recently bought an IPhone 11 and had an 8. How can i put all my music from the old phone to the new one? On my 8 I had some songs downloaded from youtube or so but now they turn light grey in Itunes and on my new 11. What to do?
I don't have apple music, spotify or deezer and do not want them

Your iPhone can never serve as a music repository. Your music should always be kept somewhere else in addition.
You would have to download your YouTube music again.
To move music from YouTube to an iPhone is not supported by neither YouTube nor Apple with a standard YouTube account. What software did you use to get around this and put the songs on your iPhone 8?

I didn’t use any software. I just pasted links into an converter and downloaded the converted songs on my pc. Then I added them to the I-tunes library and playlist.
I just succeeded in doing this again, so no more help is needed.
I only forgot I had to convert music in mp3 instead of mp4( which I did).
I’m glad I managed to have “ my old music” back.

If you copied the music into a converter you used software.
