Never get a call or text to unlock appleid

Has anybody else had a problem getting a call back to recover an appleid? I’ve gone through the whole process twice now and never get a call or text at the time given in the email. I’ve been locked out of my account for over a month and I’m looking at another 2 week wait to see if they will call me back

Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support.  *   (Link doesn’t always load)  


Get Support      -    Work through the screens to get a chat option. You may have to pick a slightly different problem.

Is your account locked or disabled? If so, follow this guide for what to do If your Apple ID is locked or disabled. If not, did you start the process for account recovery? Account recovery is an automated process designed to get you back into your Apple ID account as quickly as possible and deny access to unauthorized users. Recovery might take several days or longer, depending on the verification information that you can provide.

Hi,

My AppleId says it’s locked because of security reasons. I’ve gone through the recovery process twice already. In two separate emails I’ve been told I would receive either a call or text after a 13 day waiting period to be able to recover my account. I added my trusted phone and email to try to speed up the process both times however, I have never received a call or text.


It’s been over a month.
