Cellular setting giving me a blank screen.

I have followed all the steps from this solution https://discussions.apple.com/thread/251223006?answerId=252357833022#252357833022

and I have repeated the process again and again but I keep getting an error message saying that the "firmware file is corrupted during download".

Any idea how can i update/restore my iPhone? I am getting a blank screen under Cellular setting and I can't make/receive any phone call and messages.

In settings on “Cellular” it says “error”. I do not have any phone or texting ability! Help In settings on “Cellular” it says “error”. I do also not have any phone or texting abilitIes. I downloaded IPhone 15 on 11/5/2021.

Cellular failed. My software is up to date. But abruptly my cellular signals got disappeared and shows the notification of software update. Though there is no option to update my software as my software has already been Updated. Please let me know how can I resolve this issue. i own iPhone 7.
