Just got a message that Apple Watch is being used w my Apple ID and password by another device

Possible Apple ID hacking So last night I fell asleep using my phone on YouTube and it was running in the background and I woke up to a notification saying that an Apple Watch was using my Apple ID and my phone/FaceTime or something along those lines. There was no other option than to press okay I changed my password signed in and out after I checked that there was no other devices associated with my ID and I just got another one while asking this after all that. I do have an Apple Watch but it’s been connected this whole time. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Apple Watch says it’s been hacked My watch says it’s been hacked. It’s telling me to sign into iCloud and enter the password. I am not going to do that! Pls help [Re-Titled by Moderator]
