itunes wont accept my password

I cannot use my ipad. I cannot access my icloud. I cannot use itunes. I cannot reset my apple. I cannot download from apple store. All because itunes wont accept my password NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I RESET IT. PLEASE HELP
