Immediate subscription cancelation

Hi, I recently moved from South Africa to USA and I want to update my "County / region in my apple account but it won't allow me as it keeps on saying I need to cancel my subscriptions. I have indeed canceled my subscriptions but it still won't let me update my country / region?

Any advice?
