How can I tell if my the balance on my account is what I owe? Will the balance be in red if I owe that money? I see a balance of 10.00. Not sure if I pay it or if it’s a credit from a gift card from the last time. I’m confused.

Thanks for clarifying the question. If you are seeing a credit below your name you have a balance on the Apple ID. This is not an owed balance but is representative of available funds. If you do not see a credit below your name you would not have a balance of available funds on the Apple ID.

That link you posted I have already seen. I read through it, but it didn’t answer my question. I have a balance of 10.00. Do I owe the 10.00? The reason why I ask cause it says balance. Usually when things say balance you owe money. And then it also says credit, which means you can spend money and pay later, hence the word “Credit” card cause that is how credit usually works. And sometimes things say you have a credit that you can spend and not owe. Balance and credit together is getting me confused. If I owe money will it be in a different color? How do I know that I owe 10.00 or it’s money that I put on my account from along time ago? I can’t remember. Do I owe the money or not?
