Question: Digital Crown Not Working

My digital crown no longer works at all. When I press it, nothing happens.

I have reset the watch and I have completely reset it to a "new watch/user." The digital crown still does not work. Any ideas?

(My local Genius Bar is booked for days and I would love to fix this myself quickly.)
