Transfer to Bank account help

I transferred $360 from my Apple Pay to my bank account. After about 5 days I checked my bank account and the money had not been transferred. I checked back on my Apple Pay and it send the transaction had "cleared". What do I do now? The apple customer service was zero help they didn't do anything.
