iPad disabled connect to iTunes is showing on my iPad how do I unlock it

Click here and follow the instructions. Restoring the iPad requires plugging it into a computer with iTunes installed, or a Mac running Catalina or newer.

Thank You it turned out that the cable I was using was the problem and when I tried a USB cable it fixed the problem
