Computer crashing late 2016 13 MacBook pro

Hello,

My 2016 MacBook Pro has started crashing at start up. The apple appears and a second or two of the progress bar then the computer shuts down. Can’t start in safe mode using shift. Can get to the globe in recovery but shuts down after the first bar is reached. Can’t seem to open disk utility. Any help appreciated.
