Hi community members
Macbook air 2020 OS Catalina 10.15.7. The little floating alert at top right of screen will not budge. I can't see all of it and therefore can't change the options.
Any suggestions?

I had tried this. I fiddled with the System Preferences, then rebooted. All fixed up. Thanks.
My dock had disappeared as well. (A family member is using it also to do her homework so not sure if she changed something.)

Reboot your computer
Alert for what? What application is posting the alert?
If possible, post a screenshot. Press command-shift-4 and drag.
The screenshot is saved to your Desktop.
