I have been getting this annoying message every 15 seconds suggestd quit unexpectedly how do I stop is?

Is this error message appearing System Wide or only when Apple Mail is used.
Have you tried restarting in Safe Mode and run in this mode for 5 - 7 minutes and Test.
This Mode will basically Eliminate all third party software, extensions and fonts from loading. Attempting to see if your issue is System Wide or 3rd party software interfering with the normal operations of the OS.
