Ghost touch

My iPhone has been acting up the last week like every time I unlock my iPhone it starts going into other apps and sometimes I cant even do my password and I reset everything and it’s still doing it I don’t know what to do can someone help me!!

Change 3D or Haptic Touch sensitivity on your iPhone

Go to Settings and tap Accessibility.
