Apple iTunes not showing SoundCloud episodes

HELP PLEASE :)

I have figured out (thanks to this awesome community) how to get my images right.

Now I find that:

My first podcast episode is not appearing in the iTunes Podcasts (but the Show appears)
My podcast is not coming up in Search on the Podcast Apple app

The name of the podcast is "The Eastern Influenced Corporate Leader"

Who knows how to fix this? I would very much appreciate your tips and help :)
