Is it only when connected to CarPlay that you're experiencing not receiving notifications?

How are you connecting to CarPlay; wired or wireless? If you have the option to connect via cable or Bluetooth, can you try both connections to see if this happens with both, please?

You mentioned connecting to Wi-Fi. Does your vehicle have built-in Wi-Fi when using CarPlay?

Did you get a chance to review the parental controls article and check the restrictions?
