Your Fusion drive is operating a dreadfully slow speeds.

Performance:

System Load: 2.66 (1 min ago) 2.79 (5 min ago) 2.49 (15 min ago)

Nominal I/O speed: 13.46 MB/s

File system: 25.48 seconds

Write speed: 52 MB/s

Read speed: 102 MB/s

Based on Fusions drive performance reports I collected, your Write speeds should be over 500MB/sec and your Read speeds should be 1200 to 2000MB/sec.

Eitehr the hard drive part of your Fusion system is considering self-destruction or all the extra system mods are dragging its performance to abysmal levels.

Start by completely removing Virex. No Mac need anti-virus software, and the all extract a big performance penalty.
