Epson print driver compatibility with Big Sur

What kind of work arounds are there to print from a new Epson WF 7820 printer using a new Mac pro 17 inch with a 2.3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9 chip. Epson seems a little bit slow in upgrading their print drivers.

If you can't find an updated driver for your printer give the open-source, free Gutenprint driver a try.
