I received at Text msg saying my I phone 7 was 17% compromised. What to do?

You’re either compromised, or you’re not.


There’s no percentage, there.

The advertiser lied. That’s what these are, too. Advertisements.


Advertisers using pop-ups, and unsolicited SMS, and unsolicited telephone calls, and unsolicited email are sketchy at best, too. Some advertisers are using count-down timers until “hacker” or “virus” “compromise”, too.


Local rule of thumb on advertisements: If I didn’t go looking for it, I don’t want it.
