we moved from USA to Germany.
I try to change the region of my daughters IPhone XR from USA to Germany, because there is a balance of 1 cent left on her App Store account. In order to switch the region it's asking us to spend the remaining 1 cent. Could you please clear the amount 1 cent or if not can you please provide me information on how to do it?
