System Preferences hangs on adding Google account
I go into System Preferences>Accounts and select Google. I am then told that another browser window will open.
Once I add my user name and password in the small Safari window, it then opens my Google account page.
The window that opened behind the browser window remains blank and hangs.
After I close the account window, the preferences window closes as well with no progress.
The only other occurrence I can find with this issue is back in 2015. There was no solution.
