Apple Watch says it's paired to another iPhone

I reset my iPhone and lost Apple Watch app. When I am trying to pair again it says watch paired to another phone but it’s the same phone.

You’ll need to erase the Watch so it can go into pairing mode again. https://support.apple.com/guide/watch/erase-apple-watch-apd4ad3571d9/watchos

From a web browser,sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.

Go to Find iPhone.

Click All Devices at the top of the screen.

Click your Apple Watch.

Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device is erased.

Click Remove from Account.
