How do I turn off find my watch ?

I know how to turn off find my phone. When I’m on my phone and go to the section it just says Apple Watch fine my watch - on. No options.

Lost Apple Watch I cannot find my Apple Watch in my list of devices in the find my app… However it is listed on the Apple Watch app, but the button is grayed out for a turn on to find it?
