Apple Music subscription.

Hello! I want to renew my student subscription to Apple Music. I have repeatedly confirmed my student status (as can be seen in the screenshot), but I still get a notification about the need to confirm the student status. What should I do?

About Apple music subscription Hi there, I used to subscribed the apple music with student price. However, from this month, it charges me $15 which is just single subscription fee for no reason. So I've requested the refund. After that, I've tried to re subscribe student one but I couldn't find the page which I want to verify the student eligibility and it not showing up even though I'm trying to.
