Apple watch heart rate spikes

hey.

My apple watch is (series 4) and I received an alert a while ago that the watch had recorded an irregular rhythm while i was sleeping.

i found these measurements not realistic , because my heart beats during day are fine also the measurements have odd spikes (like increase and decrease from 100 to 175 to 135 to 65 to 171 to 115 in less than seconds ) !

i will attach some screenshots.

another problem is that even tho i sometimes i don't wear the watch the notification shows on it instead of my iPhone

so what's happening ?
