My iphone 11 keeps flashing back and forth from the lock screen to the spinng circle. I've tried doing a hard reset, bu tnothing is working. What else can I do?

I was able to get it to reset once and then once i logged in it quickly went back to circling and flashing to lock screen
HI, Gracie sorry to hear that you are having this issue, please ensure you are hard resetting the IPhone correctly instructions as follows:
Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the side button. Then when the Apple logo appears, release the button.
If that does not work please reply letting us know and we can troubleshoot.

Hi Kyle- That is not working. I think it might because my storage is pretty full and it's causing things to glitch
