Hello my ipad is stuck with the apple logo. i've tried rebooting it, connecting it to my computer and nothing seems to happen as my computer isn't recognizing my ipad either. can i fix this is any way thanks x

Try a hard reset.

On your iPad with a Home button
- Press and hold both the Home button and the top button until you see the Apple logo.
