Storage

My phone said i was out of storage for photos and videos so I bought more storage and it still won’t let take any more. There has been multiple occasions where i take a video but in the middle of the video it stops and i don’t get anything. this problem is very annoying and I don’t know what to do. Also in my storage it changes from showing full to 1/3 full and shows I have a lot of space.
